Shipping policy

Order Processing & Timeline

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we strive to process most orders within one business day, please allow extra time during high-volume periods such as new product launches or site-wide sales.

Shipping Within the United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all US orders over $45.
  • Standard Rates: Orders under $45 are subject to a flat shipping rate.
  • Carrier Method: To ensure efficient delivery, we automatically rate-shop the best carrier for your specific location at the time of fulfillment. Most standard shipments travel via USPS.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via our Standard Shipping option.
  • Expedited Options: Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit time but does not override standard processing times.

International Shipping

  • Canada: Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $95 USD.
  • International Method: We ship international orders via FedEx International to ensure reliability and tracking visibility.
  • Duties & Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not collected by Fitglow Beauty at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We cannot predict specific fees and recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Modifications

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly to get them out the door. We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or edit an order, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Please review your shipping address and cart contents carefully before confirming your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We highly recommend selecting Checkout Plus by Redo at checkout. This service provides premium package protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you opted into Checkout Plus and encounter an issue, please visit our returns & claims portal to file a claim for an immediate resolution.
